• Email based readings are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. If I feel that I may be behind this schedule, I will let you know.

• If you requested an email reading, it will be delivered via email. You will receive a .pdf file via email to the email address provided in the form.

• I reserve the right to refuse service. In these cases, a full refund will be made.

• In ordering a reading, you are paying for my time and expertise.

• Refund Policy: I cannot provide refunds once a reading has been conducted. Please understand that you are paying for my time and expertise, and will have received the document or session you paid for. It is up to you to make the most of your reading.

• Cancellation Policy: Please follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

• All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only.

• Please seek a licensed professional if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency, or otherwise need legal or medical advice.
