I have died everyday, waiting for you
Darling, don't be afraid, I have loved you for a thousand years
I'll love you for a thousand more…—Christina Perri, A Thousand Years
This time last year, I was waking up next to the person I decided to spend the rest of my life with. My Person. This person who makes me so incredibly happy. This person who shines brighter every single day simply because we chose one another once again.
I’ve been struggling with what I want to be doing with my life lately. I don’t know what brings me joy. I don’t know what lifts my soul. I don’t know where I begin, end, or where I fit in to the fabric of the universe. I’ve felt like I was simply drifting along with the tides, with the waves occasionally pulling me under. I’ve felt lost. Lonely. Overwhelmed. I’ve also had many moments of joy and bliss. The beautiful golden rays of the sun shining on my face, and the way that that same feeling can fill your soul when your children giggle. Such madness this life can be.

Adding even one moment of joy or soul expression to our daily routine has the ability to transform our entire day.

To see your world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower. To hold infinity in the palm of your hand, An eternity in an hour.
-William Blake.
Have you ever gotten that itch to get up and clean, or to tidy up that pile of blankets that’s been crumpled for 3 days? How about to finally hang up that piece of art, or fix that squeaky door? What if that very inkling to do the thing was your home asking you to tend it? This is definitely one of those things that I hadn’t thought of before, at least not like this.
With the state of the world as it is, now is the perfect time to hit that reset button. You know, that one that you keep meaning to hit. The one set aside for “maybe tomorrow”, or “some day”. That day is today my friends.
Every day of the past two weeks has been some fashion of a new normal.
What would you give if you could snap your fingers and instantly feel better?
It’s no secret that we’re all made up of water, and all things are made up of energy. On average, the human body is 60% water, though parts of our body, such as our brains, are 75%—quite similar to the Earth’s 71%. Now, were you aware that water holds onto vibrational memory? Better yet, that we can use it to help us heal?
